【鎳銅陀螺】製作過程

1.昌哥利用工業廢料 ﹣﹣折斷了的鎳銅保險桿去做陀螺的主要材料，並準確計算好做陀螺的每個數值。

2. 先用單邊車刀加工至27.42mm外徑。

3. 再以紙樣粗車(大概呎吋)，車出雛型

4. 換上圓型刀慢慢精細地車出流線型螺身

5. 陀芯經過多次修正，才能做出停下前完美的下墜。

6. 最後製作碗型鋁底座

7. 鋁底座大功告成

8. 除了純鎳銅的陀螺，昌哥還研製出現兩節色的陀螺﹣﹣軸心是不銹銅,外面是黃銅(比鎳銅軟一點)。因不銹鋼顏色好看，更重要是它比銅堅硬好多，當拋出時碰撞到地面，不容易撞凹軸芯，轉動更暢順。

1. Cheong Gor uses industrial waste – cut nickel copper bumper – to be the main material of the spinning top, and calculate the different measurements

2. First, use a lathe and a turning tool to create a 27.42mm circumference to the bumper

3. Roughly cut the bumper against a paper model

4. Change a turning tool to create the curves of the spinning top

5. Adjust a few times to perfect the tip

6. Finally make a round, flat base

7. Base is created!

8. Besides using pure nickel copper, Cheong Gor has also created a two-coloured spinning top with a stainless steel core, and a copper (softer than nickel copper) outer layer. As stainless steel looks nicer and is much harder than copper, when it hits the ground, the tip cannot be damaged easily and would spin more smoothly.
